Brian Teggart will be speaking at the NewTech conference in Newry on Saturday 7th march 2020. His talk will detail the journey of going from zero AWS experience to having a functioning AWS lambda application – the positives, the pain points, and all things in between.

Brian is a proud Killeavy man and Armagh supporter, who studied at St Colman’s College, Violet Hill, Newry. From there he went onto Queen’s University in Belast to study mathematics and physics and ended up with a PhD in physics. Brian worked in software development at Liberty IT in Belfast for 14 years before meeting a Kilkenny woman who stole me away to the south east of the country. Brain has worked for Unum Ireland in Carlow for the past 5 and half years. Unum are an American disability and benefits insurer, with most development in the company using .NET
